En raison de ces volumes plus importants, ces véhicules sont équipés d’une cuve, d’un système de nettoyage CIP et d’une installation au CO₂. Certains camions disposent de plusieurs compartiments, ce qui permet de livrer différents types de bière.** ## Fonctionnalités puissantes #### Fonctionnement au CO₂ En raison de leur grand volume, ces camions de bière en cuve ne peuvent pas utiliser de système d’inliner. Les cuves sont donc équipées d’un système au CO₂ qui garantit la bonne pression de service. #### 60 à 200 HL de bière fraîche Duotank fabrique des camions de bière en cuve avec des capacités allant de 60 HL à 200 HL. Une solution adaptée existe pour chaque situation. #### Certifié MID De série, le camion est équipé d’un débitmètre certifié MID qui mesure avec précision le volume livré. Cela garantit la conformité du système à toutes les réglementations applicables. #### Conception compacte Une construction légère rend ces véhicules non seulement très maniables, mais réduit aussi considérablement les émissions de CO₂ par litre de bière livré. #### Traçabilité qualité Le système de livraison est équipé du logiciel Duotank, ce qui permet un suivi complet de la bière depuis la brasserie jusqu’au client pendant le transport, le remplissage et la livraison. #### Autonome Grâce aux panneaux solaires en option, le camion peut fonctionner de manière totalement autonome. Aucune alimentation électrique externe n’est nécessaire pour livrer la bière à l’utilisateur final. #### Nettoyage CIP Comme ces camions de bière en cuve fonctionnent sans inliner, un processus de nettoyage fiable est indispensable. Non, le client garde le contrôle total sur le choix du véhicule. ### N’y a-t-il pas de contamination de bière lorsqu’on utilise deux compartiments pour transporter et livrer deux bières différentes avec le même camion ? Non, un logiciel spécialement développé garantit que, lors du passage d’un compartiment à l’autre, la contamination entre les bières est réduite au minimum. ### Ces camions garantissent-ils que la température et le niveau de CO₂ de la bière restent intacts pendant le transport ? Oui, la cuve isolée et le système optimisé au CO₂ assurent une température stable et préservent le CO₂ dans la bière.
