Bier blijft tijdens de opslag in een tankbiersysteem vers dankzij een luchtdichte inliner die het bier volledig van zuurstof afsluit. Dit voorkomt oxidatie en behoudt de optimale smaak. In tegenstelling tot traditionele fustsystemen is geen extra CO₂ nodig. Het bier wordt opgeslagen in een tank met temperatuurregeling, waardoor de omstandigheden tijdens het hele opslag- en tapproces constant blijven. Deze combinatie van zuurstofvrije opslag, een stabiele temperatuur en minimale handelingen zorgt voor maximale versheid, een stabieler smaakprofiel en constante bierkwaliteit. ### Heeft tankbier invloed op de smaak van het bier? Nee, het bier wordt opgeslagen in de inliner en komt niet rechtstreeks in contact met de tank.
